14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with DefendMyWP, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just email legal@defendmywp.com from the address on your order and we will refund you to your original payment method.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically each year. Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date (see below), cancelling stops the next charge and your subscription continues until the end of the period already paid for.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your customer dashboard, or by emailing legal@defendmywp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the plugin’s code remains yours under the GPL, but the subscription services (rule feed, updates, Health Check and support) stop when the subscription ends.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated refund requests) or breach of our Terms of Service.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take several business days to show the refund.
